Projects below US$1,000 are paid in advance. Projects of US$1,000 or more use 50% at kickoff and 50% before release of the editable final. Retainers are paid monthly in advance.

Commercial boundaries

• Prices cover only the defined asset or focused question
• Translation, original data analysis, systematic-review registration and third-party access costs are excluded unless expressly quoted
• Expanded questions, new assets or additional revision rounds are treated as a change of scope
• The client retains final medical, legal, regulatory and publication approval
• No patient-identifiable information is accepted through the website
• Rush delivery may be available with a 25% surcharge after scope review
